Once upon a time there was a little zombie who had a friend named Sprouty, who was a good little potater. This story is about how the little zombie cried because she did not have a home, but then how she got a home.

The little zombie is actually a girl, but she is disguised as a boy so nobody will know she is a girl. She has a big brain and she has a rotten apple. She likes rotten apples and she sticks her tongue out to eat them.

story

The little zombie also has antennas because she is a zombie alien! She cries tears of joy because now she has a home at the fire department! She gets to live at the fire department since she is a water alien who sprays water to put out fires if she needs to, but not on the stove.

When the little zombie alien sprays her water, she makes a “moo” sound because she is actually ALSO A COW! She has an alarm on her for fires, she wears “protectors” to give rides to families, and she has a milk bucket to collect milk to give to the firefighters and the riders! Since she is a zombie alien cow, she also has humps on her back with milk in them.

The little zombie (alien cow) is now happy in her fire department home on Planet Broccoli.

If you are wondering what happened to Sprouty the good little potater, he set off from Planet Broccoli to Planet Cat because he loves cats!

our story

During the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020, we have not had a chance to do a lot of things we would normally do this time of year. Because of this, we decided to brainstorm fun activities to do to have some fun at home.

Since I am a college student, Nati and Jett see me doing homework on my computer...a lot, so I had the idea to involve them in my final project for my "Online Media Design" class! They got so excited when I told them they would get to be on a website!

I gave each kiddo a task; Natilee got to use her amazing imagination to come up with a story and some illustrations to go along with it, and Jettson got to color a cool background design! As they both drew their pictures, I wrote down the story that Nati was telling and thus,

The Little Zombie was born!

This was one of my favorite projects to do in college so far because I got to involve my children and we all got to have fun!
